Question by BioChemStudent: What's in Fast Red, a inmunostaining chromogen?
I need to know what's in this chromogen... It's used to visualize alkaline phosphatase conjugated antibodies, so I'm guessing there's a phosphate molecule somewhere, and it makes a red stain (hence the name) through some sort of precipitate... but what molecules are in the kit? thanks!
