i had an allergic reaction last month and i got this red patch spot under my eyes. after 2 weeks the patch went away, but for the past month i have dark circles under both eyes. if i rub under my eyes they get reddish for about a minute. why Haven't the dark circles go away. i drink a lot of water. sleep more then 8 hours a day. im not stressed out.

i have had multiple miscarriages and just got my blood lab results that show i have a slightly elevated TPO level of 67 (reference is <35). I also have 2 subcentimeter nodules on my thyroid. could this slight elevation be the cause of my miscarriages or is not elevated enough to have an affect? all other tests cannot find a cause for the miscarriages.

if you know the structure of the antibody you need (the amino acide sequence) you could then convert that into its complementary DNA sequence and produce a recombinant DNA molecule that codes for your antibody and then simply inserted into a cell line! couldn't you? is that how you would make antibodies without actually requiring the antigen?
