i had an allergic reaction last month and i got this red patch spot under my eyes. after 2 weeks the patch went away, but for the past month i have dark circles under both eyes. if i rub under my eyes they get reddish for about a minute. why Haven't the dark circles go away. i drink a lot of water. sleep more then 8 hours a day. im not stressed out.

I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me if this sounds like an allergic reaction to something i have eaten: my skin has gone bright red as if i'm sunburnt all over my face and it stings and my lips are swollen and stinging, I also have a bad stomach ache... ?. if you know the structure of the antibody you need (the amino acide sequence) you could then convert that into its complementary DNA sequence and produce a recombinant DNA molecule that codes for your antibody and then simply inserted into a cell line! couldn't you? is that how you would make antibodies without actually requiring the antigen?
