an allergic reaction to food?

Question by Q????i??: an allergic reaction to food?
I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me if this sounds like an allergic reaction to something i have eaten: my skin has gone bright red as if i'm sunburnt all over my face and it stings and my lips are swollen and stinging, I also have a bad stomach ache... ?. I havn't eaten any foods which I know I have allergies to (dairy,yeast, chemicals in food) Today I've had veggies, an orange, quinoa and nuts and soy milk
