What is the difference between histamines, prostaglandins and serotonin?

Question by Sophia: What is the difference between histamines, prostaglandins and serotonin?
In relation to inflammation and the immune response, what is the difference in the roles of these different chemicals? My textbook explains that they send out messages for the dilation of blood vessels, but it doesn't explain how they are different. Easy to understand answers would be great. Thanks!
