Question by Kidane: I want to get peptide map of M. haemolytica bacteria and select the leukotoxin antigen peptide?
I am working on M.haemolytica vaccine development. I need to know which antigen/s are significant for protective antibody production. And i want to get the specific peptides of these antigens and how to find it.
